Registration There is a $150.00 non-refundable application fee for new K-12 students. Please note that this fee does not apply against tuition. Tuition
All plans, with the exception of the annual plan, are subject to additional fees from our business office and must be paid through automatic bank draft on the 10th or the 25th of the month. There is also a $20.00 fee due at the time of application for families on the semi-annual plan and a $35.00 fee due at the time of application for families on the quarterly or monthly plans. If you choose to pay based on the annual plan and wish to pay with a Visa or MasterCard, your total fee will be increased by 3 percent. NCS reserves the right to assess a 1.5 percent per-month late fee for all payments, regardless of payment plan.
If more than one child from the same family enrolls at NCS in grades K-12, $750.00 will be deducted from the second child's tuition and $1,000.00 will be deducted from the third and succeeding child's tuition.
Students in grades K-12 are required to wear school-approved uniforms. Information regarding the uniforms and dress code is available in the Admissions office.
If your child enrolls in grades K-12 after the school year begins, your fees will be pro-rated based on the school’s 180-day school year.
Student accident insurance is included for all students and covers them during school activities. This coverage is secondary to your personal coverage, and it is your responsibility as parents to make sure that the school office is aware of any injury to your child which occurs during a school-sponsored activity and requires the services of a doctor or health care facility.
Breakfast and Lunch are available to students in grades K-12. A price list is published each fall.
For students in grades K-8, a summer camp is offered for an additional fee. Call 615.356.5600 for more information. Before and After School Care For students in grades K-8, before and after school care is available through the Early Childhood Learning Center for an additional fee.
